The other day I had a hankering- A Hankering for Boo Boo Banana Bread!
This Banana Bread is the best that I have ever had and it's Healthy!
This served as Breakfast several mornings:

I had to work 8-4 Today so it was a working snack lunch of a yummy cliff bar and a organic banana. I also came home at 4 and had some Baked Cheetos and a bite of turkey peperoni which I do not have a picture of. Whoopsy.
This is my favorite Cliff bar so far BUT I just tried a Coconut Chocolate one the other day and wowza it gives this one a run for its money!
Dinner consisted of FISH! I have been missing this meal since we moved. It is my healthy favorite and it always makes me feel good after I eat it. Pan seared Tilapia, Steamed Broccoli, and a Baked Potato with some Mozzarella Cheese. YUM.
I can't believe its not butter is all over this stuff. YUM YUM YUM.
I want something sweet right now but I'm going to try and resist. Some Honey Grams might be in my near future though! I hope you enjoyed my eats- I know I did!
